What roof coating can I use for metal roofs?

ABOVE: This completely rusted metal roof has a lot of life left. Use a rust primer to encapsulate rust and prevent rust bleed-through.

Water-based acrylic roof coatings are easy to use and clean up. Available in white, our EnergyGuard Acrylic Coating can also be tinted to almost any color economically. If your roof is rusted, you can either use a rust inhibiting primer or a rust converter. To stop leaks, you can use our sealants to seal around fasteners, seams and flashings.
